Age Gracefully mission is to maximize the quality of assisted living by providing personalised, high quality care facility that promotes a safe, healthy, and caring environment, incorporating our Core Values in our daily activities. Our values are simple, Age Gracefully Ltd. strives to offer excellent and affordable home health care and community-based social services to individuals and families of East Midlands. In our first five years, we will establish a new kind of Elderly Care model based on evaluation and feedback from the clients and their families; bearing in mind the fact that the elderly are fully-realized persons, with great potential, ideas, thoughts, vast knowledge and experience, which matters. Most residential facilities provide personal care services for the elderly 50-65 + who are unable or need assistance in doing their daily activities. Based on observation from the research that has been completed Age Gracefully is situated in a prime catchment area, to be able to cater to patients/residents from all over the East Midlands, as it borders Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire & Leicestershire. Age Gracefully target age groups will start from 65 years but will accept lower age band where necessary. We will provide assistance to seniors in their daily activities, as well as 24 hours medicine assistance if needed, freshly prepared meals, assistance with personal grooming etc. Our focus on customer service is our foundation. Our goal is to provide quality care, desired living conditions and social interaction, hereby reducing the possibility of dissatisfaction from our clients or their relatives.
