Short Breaks December 2020- February 20212019 – Cases not able to be Commissioned

To meet the above, Nottinghamshire County Council are seeking new providers for their short breaks service for disabled children and young people aged 5-18. This a countywide service and includes individual support such as sitting/befriending and group support such as holiday playschemes. The following are service gaps that we currently need to fill:
- Provision in Bassetlaw, Newark and rural areas of Rushcliffe;
- Providers who can support with complex health/medical needs and personal care needs;
- Group provision for young people 12 +;
- Providers with experience of challenging behaviours.
