I am a kind friendly caring Mature woman with 30 years experience in the Health and Social Care field. I have experience working with Adults and Children with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours, Autism and ADHD, Adults with Dementia, Health Conditions, Mental Health, Alcoholism and addiction, I have also been a foster carer for young adults with learning disabilities too. The most enjoyable part of my job is delivering Person centred Good Care and enabling people to live there best live without any restrictions. I have all up to date Mandatory training and a DBS on the Update Service and Employers Liability Insurance. I have level 5 in Health and Social Care and various other qualifications from the Health and Social Care field. I have a clean driving license and use of my own car. I am self employed and charge £20.00 an hour.

I am a loyal and dedicated individual and I’m looking to be part of an organisation where I can continuously learn and add to my skill set. I pride myself on working extremely hard for my employer and being a reliable team player with strong leadership qualities. I enjoy being part of a team and supporting my team members, but I also can work effectively alone. The time has come for me to move on from my current position as Assistant Manager at CHC . I feel I have achieved everything I possibly can there within my three year tenure and during this time my commitment has never faded. I have a strong desire to broaden my knowledge and skills and progress in my own company with a vibrant team. I’m very personable, empathetic and love being around people.
