I am a self employed personal assistant and have a few back -up carers who are self employed also , so my clients are never without a carer . I have a full DBS check , public liability insurance and a full clean driving licence . I have 15 years experience in the care industry, with a level 3 in health and social care , also an end of life qualification, medication qualification and passed all training to ensure my clients are safe and well cared for . I assist with personal care, meals, outings , appointments, cleaning and anything needed by the client , I arrange any hospital or Doctors appointments needed , and will take clients to where they need to go . My clients are given 100% care and beyond . My clients are of paramount importance to me.
