Hi, I’m Christina, a professional organiser and ADHD coach based in Nottingham. I help you declutter, organise, and build simple systems that actually work for your brain. You’re not broken — you just need support that understands how your mind works. I have an enhanced Full DBS.

I work with women, parents, and anyone whose home has become overwhelming due to ADHD, burnout, chronic stress, or executive functioning challenges.

My approach is gentle, compassionate, and completely judgement-free. We take things step by step, celebrate every win, and build confidence as we go.

Services Offered

  • Online Decluttering -Perfect if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or don’t know where to start. We meet on Google Meet and work together in real time to create momentum and structure. Helps with: focus, motivation, breaking tasks down, planning the next steps, building ADHD-friendly systems.

  • In-Person Decluttering Support (Nottinghamshire Area) - Hands-on organising support in your home. We declutter together in a calm, shame-free way, and create simple systems you can actually maintain.

  • ADHD Coaching - This is to help anyone with ADHD who is struggling with overwhelm and want to work towards a goal or work out where they want to focus!
  • ADHD Accountability Membership - Online community — Weekly focus goals, accountability messages, goal identification, group support, and a friendly community for ongoing motivation.
