Overview
8.30am to 4.30pm weekdays
The Your CVS Community Transport Scheme covers Gedling, Newark & Sherwood and Rushcliffe districts.
The scheme provides safe, affordable and reliable journeys to people who find it difficult to use public transport or taxis, who don’t drive and don’t have access to a car.
Our volunteers are police checked and use their own cars to help people get out and about, for example, to the shops, doctors, dentists, hairdressers, social activities, visit friends and take part in their communities.

Drivers can take light foldable wheelchairs by prior arrangement. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
