Overview
Please contact the manager for more information from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
We provide housing with support for young people aged 16-21 who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. We work in partnership with New Roots to deliver these services throughout Newark and Sherwood and Bassetlaw. The service accommodates young people with a variety of support needs. It operates a Core and Cluster model for young people which means the young persons support package and accommodation is reviewed to reflect their changing needs.
How we can help
We work to provide tailored support - our residents each have their own named support worker. Support is available 24 hours a day from on-site staff and our Customer Wellbeing team, who provide 24/7 telephone support and help with emergencies. We respect people's choices and privacy, and promote equality and diversity.
We help people to access employment, education and training opportunities. We also help to develop life skills like managing money and accessing services and benefits. When people are ready to move on, we can support them to move into suitable accommodation.
