Overview
Wednesday / Thursday, 12 midday - 1.30pm
Wollaton Care Group is run by volunteers, offering a variety of opportunities to local residents who are elderly. These include, two lunch clubs held between 11.30am and 1.30pm each Wednesday at St Leonard's Community Centre and Thursdays at Wollaton Vale Community Centre.
Throughout the year, we offer outings such as visits to the theatre, afternoon tea, boat trips, fish and chip and pub lunches, to those attending lunch clubs and also those who just would like to attend the trips.
Transport may be available for those with mobility problems.
We are a friendly group of clients and volunteers, offering opportunities for socialising and meeting new friends.
