Voyage Care - Ruddington View

Overview

Our home can provide care and support for six individuals and unplanned care and support for two people.

Ruddington View has four residential bedrooms and two step down flats, which include an en-suite, kitchen and a living/dining area.

The home benefits from having top of the range technology and safety equipment throughout the property.

The flats are located on the ground floor and are fitted with large en-suites. Your flat would also include WIFI, a television, double bed, wardrobe, table and chairs and a small sofa.

We are focused on providing a responsive, safe and supportive service for you. We encourage family visits and they can visit you any time. One to one care and 24 hour support is also available.

The environment

The main house boasts a large communal dining room, an open plan kitchen that allows for participation in cooking and baking and a spacious living room.

We also have a large, beautiful and well maintained garden and patio area.

Located in a peaceful village, Ruddington provides a tranquil setting whilst offering quick access to Nottingham city centre.

We can support you to access local amenities such as the library, sports centre, shops, restaurants, pubs and more.

Our approach to unplanned care

As part of our unplanned care and support, Ruddington View can offer up to 12 weeks’ support with a staff team of over 40 who are highly trained and experienced.

We are responsive to your needs from the onset. ICATT, (Intensive Community Assessment Treatment Team) who offer rapid-response and provide a variety of specialist interventions, will remain involved throughout your stay.

Together we will work with you and the Community Learning Disability Team to develop a support plan that is in-depth, comprehensive and outcome focused. ICATT will continue to support you also.

We will also work with the people we support to increase your independence.
