Transition support 16-18 year olds in continuing support

We provide high-quality careers advice, employment training and apprenticeships to young people and adults. Dedicated advice and mentoring to support 16-18 year olds transition from school. The project will provide continuing age-appropriate support with post-16 providers and employers to minimise the risk of ‘drop out'.
