A new registered care service in Nottingham for people with a learning disability and/or autism.
Tottle Brook House is part of our Learning Disability and Autism division and is a registered care service which embraces and balances the management of risk with comfort, homeliness, dignity, respect and choice. The service is for males and females with learning disabilities, autism and sensory and communication impairments. We are specialists in working with complex needs and behaviours which appear to challenge services.

The unique building design at Tottle Brook House provides five single person apartments and communal spaces including, lounges, dining room, sensory spaces and laundry. Each apartment has its own lounge / diner, bedroom with ensuite wet room and its own private garden.
The service is designed for those individuals who require a high level of support to live within a community setting and will continue to require this longer term. Clients may be referred who are transitioning from hospital or children's services, or where their community placement is no longer viable. The service aims to support people to return to their family or home area.
The service is located in Strelley in Nottingham. The service backs on to Broxtoe Park and there are a range of local amenities including, shops and leisure and primary care facilities. Strelley is 15 minutes from Nottingham by car or public transport and is close to the M1 providing good transport links throughout the county.
