Across The Forge Trust, we aim to maintain a caring, supportive and disciplined learning environment where children benefit from the best possible education. All staff are committed to this aim. The ultimate aim is for children to grow up to be as independent as they can be, and our approach towards SEND reflects this. There are very few occasions where a child will need 1:1 support. The trust aims to keep class sizes low so that children receive a personalised education. Children with SEND benefit from this approach. Within the Trust there is a clear vision to provide the very best education for every pupil in our schools and to ensure the quality of teaching is excellent. We provide education for children of 3 - 11 years with staff who work exceptionally hard to support the needs of all our pupils. Our moto is 'Labor Omnia Vincit' which means hard work conquers all. We strive for our children to develop a strong work ethic, become reflective, resourceful, resilient, be good at building and forming relationships, as well as possessing the ability to take calculated risks in life.
