The Lanes Primary Nursery

The Lanes Primary School nursery opened its doors in September 2025.

We aim to provide the highest quality of learning and care for your young children; delivered through a safe, inclusive and emotionally sensitive environment. We make learning fun, via a curriculum which sparks curiosity, inspires and challenges children, whilst also enriching their skills and knowledge.

At The Lanes nursery, we are growing and learning together. Children are at the centre of all we do.

Please fill in this form The Lanes Nursery Expression of Interest Form Autumn 26 – Fill in form to register your interest in a place at our Nursery for the 2026-27 academic year. This applies to children who were born between 1st September 2022 and 31st August 2023.

Since September 2025, all working families are entitled to up to 30 hours of funded free childcare. Priority for places in our Nursery will be given to families who want to take up full-time places. We can also offer 5 morning or afternoon sessions, but these will be allocated once all full-time requests have been processed. If you are unsure of whether your child qualifies for the 30 hours of childcare or how to apply for the funding, then please check the Best Start in Life website.

At The Lanes, wraparound and holiday childcare is provided by Lime Trees, who are eligible to take nursery children. If you are interested in using Lime Trees, then either pick up a form from the Meadow Lane site office or the Lime Trees website.
