We aim to provide support and assistance which will enable clients to continue to live as independently as possible in their own homes, for as long as they want and it safe to do so. SureCare Newark aims to work alongside family members and other health professionals to support our clients and deliver a bespoke care and support plan that provides the best possible care. When providing care we focus on the health, wellbeing and safety requirements, as well improving social inclusion.
