At SureCare Chesterfield & Worksop we are a CQC regulated care company that Offers all you need to remain independent in your own home and community. We deliver everything from domestic duties and befriending services right through to traditional care and complex needs.
We value each client as an individual, respect their aspirations and experiences in life, and seek to understand their needs, choices and preferences. We aim to provide support and assistance which will enable clients to continue to live as independently as possible in their own homes, for as long as they want and it safe to do so. SureCare Chesterfield & Worksop aims to work alongside family members and other health professionals to support our clients and deliver a bespoke care and support plan that provides the best possible care. When providing care we focus on the health, wellbeing and safety requirements, as well improving social inclusion.
We aim to be an effective, efficient and supportive care provider to make our clients and our staff feel part of SureCare Chesterfield & Worksop’s family.
Are specialist services are as follows: Re-ablement services; Young Adult Disabilities; Dementia: End of Life Care; Multiple Sclerosis and Mental Health Support.
