Overview
This service offers you individualised support in your own home aimed at helping you become more independent. Independent living means having the confidence to make the decisions about where your life is taking you. Making decisions can sometimes mean learning by your mistakes. Our role is to help you to see those mistakes as an avenue for development rather than failure: We work along side you to move forward and have more control of your own life.
We provide supported living services to people with a learning disability, Autism and Asperger's and poor mental health and the service is incredibly unique to the individual, no two services are alike. Our team can discuss this with you and explore the different elements involved.
