Sturton Le-Steeple C of E (Aided) Primary School - Foundation Unit

Overview

Sturton Le Steeple C of E Primary School is a small village primary school set in the beautiful countryside of Bassetlaw in North Nottinghamshire. We can be found between Retford and Gainsborough. The school building is deceiving from the front, there are many additions to the original Victorian building, we have a new and extended Foundation Unit, covered outdoor learning areas, a learning room for small group learning and activities, a modern school hall and a well maintained outdoor area including large playgrounds, scramble wall, tyre park and an outdoor classroom in our Conservation Area. We believe that the children who attend our school are unique and we aim to personalise learning as much as possible. Children are individual and the caring Christian Ethos flows throughout the school. Our vision statement is 'Creating a foundation for life and learning with opportunities for all'.

Enthusiastic and dedicated teachers, a strong Governing Body and superb parent support make us what we are. Visits are welcome, please contact the school.
