Every other Tuesday from 7:30pm to 8:15pm
Strictly Fit is the ultimate Ballroom and Latin Dance Fitness workout with no partner required. Inspired by the show Strictly Come Dancing, this is a full-body dance fitness workout that will make you feel great. It's a great mix of Latin-American & Ballroom steps as well as lots of different dance styles and character dances. It’s suitable for all fitness levels and abilities with different levels to choose from and you can go at your own pace.
Times and availability
Please note there is a minimum age of 11 for this class due to insurance purposes.
All classes must be booked and paid for online prior to the class. Booking closes 24 hours before the start of the class. You can pay by card, buy and book with a class pass or sign up for the monthly direct debit option.
This class alternates weekly with our Glow Fit class. Please check the schedule before booking

The venue itself is opposite Costa coffee shop on Front Street in Arnold. Please enter by the front door which is accessible via the road entrance on Worrall Avenue.
If you are driving to the venue, there is a car park at the back which is limited to about 10 cars. There is street parking outside on the road side of the building and there is Hallam's Lane car park on Gedling Road which is around 5 minutes walk to the venue and is free after 6pm. There are plenty of bus stops nearby including the 59 on Gedling Road and the 58 on the High Street all of which are a short walking distance from the venue.
