St Andrew's provides secure mental health provision We offer service users effective, tailored treatment set amongst state-of-the-art environments. We pride ourselves on offering an extensive variety of care pathways, through medium to low secure and pre-discharge services.

St Andrews largest range of services is located at its main site in Northampton. We have additional sites offering regional access to care in Essex and Birmingham and approval has been received for our newest site in Mansfield.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Male, of working age between 18yrs 65yrs old
• Diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Conditions, either established or suspected
• Requiring specialist in-patient treatment in secure provision
• Detained under the Mental Health Act
• Significant history of Challenging Behaviour

Referrals should be made by a NHS Commissioner of service, usually with a recommendation from a psychiatrist or Responsible Medical Officer.

*** This service has considerable expertise in actively supporting or including people with Aspergers Syndrome.
