We are a family run business based in Lady bay West Bridgford. We have been open for 6 years and specialise in Sports, Deep tissue and pregnancy massage and also reflexology.
The main areas we work with are back ache, bad posture, sports injuries and muscle spasms.
Reflexology can help with Relaxation, stress relief, fertility, IBS, insomnia, menopause & migraines.
We are open 7 days week from 8.30am-8.30pm
