Space Inclusive LTD provides building and community based day opportunities for clients with differing needs across both Nottingham City and Nottingham County districts. Space Inclusive LTD provides a range of person-centred services tailored to meet the varying needs of adult clients (18+) including; autistic adults, adults with learning disabilities and adults with additional needs including physical and mental health.
We offer a provision, that is bespoke and delivered in a manner that respects the wishes, feelings and preferences of the client. We strive to uphold equality, diversity, and inclusive practices for all we support, acknowledging and respecting the diverse needs of our clients. Through person-centred planning, we work directly with the client and their circle of support, placing them in the driving seat of their own lives. We ensure their voice is heard, choices are available and that community opportunities are considered throughout, their package of support.
Our learning outcomes are centred around four key areas of development and progression for our clients, these are; Independence, Social Inclusion, Self-Realisation and Health and Wellbeing.
Our Radford site, is local to Nottingham City Centre and can be accessed via local transport links such as bus and tram routes. We believe in a connected community and help facilitate local links between community facilities as much as possible. We have had success in supporting clients into voluntary placements and have supported them to access employment opportunities. All of our staff are trained in Autism Awareness accredited by the National Autistic Society in addition to Positive Behaviour Support and all relevant training mandatory to high quality effective support of our clients.
At Radford, we typically work in groups of 4 clients: 1 staff member, however we are able to offer differing ratios such as 1-1 support or smaller group ratios, please contact us for further details.
We operate three sites in the Nottingham district and one in Nottinghamshire, referrals can be self-made through our website Referrals - space inclusive and can be submitted online, or downloaded and returned to our Referrals Co-Ordinator at office@spaceinclusive.co.uk .
