We offer an extensive range of services each specifically tailor made to meet the needs of individuals receiving the care and all the services are available 24 hours a day throughout the year including weekends and holidays. Services include: Personal Care (day to day needs), Dementia and Alzheimer's care, Live in care, Learning disabilities care, physical disabilities care, respite care, end of life care, and care for children. Sova Care's network of working with of a variety of different industries from retail to healthcare mean it can provide in depth knowledge of what is available to the client in there locality. This builds a more tailored approach to supporting the client and providing the best advice available to family members to ensure unique care is delivered. Regular meetings with the circle of care (family members, support workers, carers, social workers) will ensure that the care being received by the client is maintained at the highest level and evolves in accordance to the clients' needs. Home Care Services Home Care services include 15 minutes visits to Live in care, these services include:
- Assisting people who need help getting up and going to bed
- There are occasion where people need assistance with bathing
- Physical disability can cause quite a challenge for some people and can inhibit there day to day life our carers can provide assistance to accommodate those needs
- We can help support people or even carry out and keep on top of household chores
- Preparing meals and providing assistance with feeding if required � Respite service for carers, family member or friend
- Assisting with medication assures that the correct medicine is taken at the right time by the client
- Companionship service offers clients flexibility to visit family and friends, going to appointments or just having company.
