South Forest Arthritis Self Help Community Group

This community group operates from South Forest Leisure Centre , Edwinstowe.

In order to support our members who are living with health and wellbeing challenges we offer activities that help them to build their physical strength and mobility e.g. seated exercise , aqua aerobics.

Our group has self built a very caring and sociable community which has been enabled by the additional social activities that happen on a regular basis e.g. trips and lunches.
