Sound Experience (Sound/Gong Bath)

Listen to the sounds from various percussive instruments, singing bowls, gongs, drum and the voice, to help relax the mind and body.

Sound reduces stress and anxiety, encourages mindful thoughts, boosts the immune system, releases negative thoughts, and helps with pain management by releasing endorphins. Sound can uplift and expand your consciousness and can also bring a sense of wellbeing, healing both physically and mentally.

You can lie on the floor or bring a reclining chair.

We have experienced good results on children with autism and adults with Parkinsons and fibromyalgia.

2nd Friday of the month 11.30am-12.30pm

3rd Friday of the month 7pm-8pm

Fully qualified and members of and insured through the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT)

Available for corporate and private functions around Nottinghamshire for 4 people or more.

Group sound bath in Ravenshead from £10.00 per person (cost increase in 2026 to be confirmed)
