Overview
Solutions 4 Community Support Ltd (S4CS) supports individuals from becoming socially isolated and ensures their needs are met in everyday life situations. S4CS has solutions to empower individuals to maintain their independence in their homes and local environment. We provide one-to-one outreach support to those with physical, sensory (Deaf, Deaf-blind and blind), learning disability, those with complex needs or elderly at a time and place that suits the individual. There is a growing demand for self-directed support to give more choice and control to individuals with Individual Budgets (IB) who are in need of support from our own specialist community support team. Our specialist community team also supports those in need of new skills, to further develop existing skills and to enable access to their community and services with dignity, respect, control and choice as part of Person Centred Ethos. Within the national and local policy on early intervention and prevention strategy, local authorities acknowledge people will need community support, we can provide short term or emergency one-to-one support cover.
Here at S4CS are able to provide bespoke 1:1 personal assistant support to deaf, deafened, deafblind and hard of hearing people. Our staff are experienced and knowledgable about the needs of deaf people and their support requirements. Our staff are able to support clients who communicate using British Sign Language. Our service can also clients who have additional disabilitys, to include learning disability and other physical disabilities.
