Overview
We are able to provide support 8am-6pm, Five days a week.
Solutions 4 Community Support Ltd (S4CS) supports individuals who are at risk of becoming socially isolated and ensures their needs are met in everyday life situations. S4CS has solutions to empower individuals enabling them to maintain their independence in their homes and local environment.
We provide one-to-one outreach support to those who are Deaf or Deaf-blind, with or without a learning disability, complex needs and/or elderly at a time and place that suits the individual.
We provide one to one specialist community support officers who will be either native BSL users, Communicator Guides for Deafblind or already have had training in both.
