Mondays, once per month

Singing for the Brain is based around the principles of music therapy. The sessions are fun, relaxed and informal

Group sessions are structured to include a range of activities including vocal warm-ups and singing a variety of familiar and new songs. You will also have opportunity to talk to other people affected by dementia.

Refreshments provided at the beginning of each session

2nd Monday of each month 11-12.30
