The Samaritans support people, of all ages, who are in emotional distress and who need a safe space to discuss their thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental way. Some people are in such distress that they see no other way out of their emotional turmoil than ending their own lives.
Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. We're here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
