We follow the guidelines of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum with the aim to help young children achieve
The Nursery class is very much part of the Salterford House School family. The children wear school uniform and have the opportunity to spend time with the older children.
The Nursery Classroom is spacious and bright, where the children can build castles from boxes and bricks, they can learn ICT, pre reading and mathematics skills, play with sand, water or paint and enjoy messy play.
Our Reception class is known as Pre Prep.

FUNDED SESSIONS ARE FREE FOR THE FIRST 15 HOURS (We also have a small number of 30 hours places available)
Sessions run anytime from 8am-1pm for a morning and 8am-4pm for a short day session and 8am-6pm for a long day session.
All parents are eligible for 15 hours funded time in Kindergarten once your child turns 2. The funding ceases once the child attends Pre Prep full time in the year they are school age or from the term they turn 5.
