Monday to Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm. Evening and weekend support available by arrangement.
SafeBridge Support Ltd provides non-CQC regulated community outreach and floating support for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs across Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.
We support individuals to:
• Access community activities and local services
• Attend medical, well-being, and structured appointments
• Build confidence and increase independence
• Reduce isolation and improve social inclusion
• Develop daily living and community skills
Our support is personal-centred, outcome-focused, and designed to promote well-being, independence, and active participation in the community.
We accept Direct Payments and private funding.
Times and availability
Minimum booking: 2 hours per session.

Our hourly rate covers 1:1 support in the community, assistance with attending appointments, structured activities, confidence-building, and social inclusion support. Travel within the local area is included. Long-term packages can be discussed.
Referral
Safebridge Support Ltd welcomes referrals from individuals, families, social workers, and community professionals. Direct Payment users and self-funders can contact us directly. An initial consultation will be arranged to assess needs and suitability before support begins.
