Safe Places National Network

The Safe Places National Network was created to break down the

barriers and borders between districts, to unite all Safe Place
and Keep Safe schemes and turn the patchwork of schemes
into a nationwide network of support.

What are Safe Places?

A safe place helps vulnerable people if they feel scared or at
risk while they areout and about in the community and
need support right away.

Safe Places Organisation is here to unite all the Safe Place (and Keep Safe) schemes.

• We do this by having all the information in one place so everyone can see it.
• We are making special teaching materials so Safe Places can be taught about in schools.
• We help make it easier to find and use a Safe Place not just when you need one but as a way of getting to know people.

Our free-to-use symbolised Safe Places SEND education resources are also available to everyone located in Nottinghamshire.
