Overview
Rosehill School has had specialist provision for pupils with autism since 1980. There are currently 85 pupils on role, aged from 5 to 19, all of whom have ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder). Rosehill provides a broad and balanced education for pupils with ASD, enabling pupils to achieve their full academic and social potential and preparing them fully for adult life.
Curriculum
Key Stage 4
We do not currently deliver GCSE courses to our KS4 students. GCSE courses will be in place when appropriate and this is reviewed annually.
KS4 students access accredited courses where appropriate.
Key Stage 5
Key stage 5 pupils work towards the following qualifications:
- AIM Qualifications: Suite of Personal and Social Development Skills Qualifications
AIM Qualifications Level 1 Certificate in Personal and Social Development Skills
- AIM Qualifications: Entry 1 Certificate in Mathematics
AIM Qualifications Entry Level 1 Certificate in Mathematics
- AQA Unit Award Scheme
- Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Award Scheme

Rosehill is a Nottingham City special school making provision for children and young people on the autistic spectrum aged 4-19 years.
Applications for admission for individuals living in the County would have to be made via Nottinghamshire County Council who would then have to liaise with Nottingham City Council.
