Rapid Response Team - Retford Hospital

We provide a holistic service to people aged over 55 who are in crisis, have become unwell but are medically stable.

Where possible we support people to remain at home by providing rehabilitation and management of their medical conditions.

We also arrange support for people to return home when they are medically fit from A&E, the Assessment and Treatment Centre and via the Integrated Discharge Team at Bassetlaw Hospital.

Our service is provided in patients' homes.
