At Radcliffe on Trent Infant and Nursery School, our Rainbow Values are at the heart of everything we do. They guide us in creating a caring, nurturing, and inspiring environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to shine.
We place children’s wellbeing at the center of school life, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and ready to learn. Our fully inclusive, child-centered approach means we recognise and celebrate each child as an individual, supporting their emotional, social, and academic development.
Outdoor learning plays a key role in our curriculum. Through Forest School and a wide range of outdoor experiences, children explore, problem-solve, and connect with nature, building confidence and resilience along the way.
As part of our village community, we work closely with families and local groups to provide a strong sense of belonging and partnership.
Above all, we believe every child can succeed. By fostering curiosity, creativity, kindness and respect, we help children develop the knowledge and skills and values that will support them throughout their lives.
