This may seem rather odd, as we are surrounded by things that hold precious memories, but our homes can become a dumping ground with stuff not being put away because we are "too busy" with family life to be tidy!
This can lead to arguments & bad feelings because the tidying up is left to one person, usually Mum, who has more than enough to do anyway!
It creates a negative atmosphere that can easily lead to resentment.

What is Swedish Death Cleaning?
The full name of the process is ‘The Gentle Art of Swedish Death Cleaning' explained in a book by Margareta Magnusson.
It is a common practice in Sweden that is now becoming well-known across the world.
SDC, as it's often referred to, is about preparing for the future. Living with less gives us more space to have fun, but is also preparation for when someone needs to move into supported accommodation or perhaps downsize to be closer to grandchildren.
It makes the process of passing on possessions less traumatic & allows for relatives to know exactly what we want to happen to our "stuff", removing emotional strain for them.
Working in a professional but empathetic manner, I'm here to help guide & support the journey & transition from cluttered & frustrating to clear, comfortable & relaxing spaces to enjoy in your home or work space.

My services start from £40.
Every session is tailored to you requirements and I usually suggest booking sessions of between 2 and 4 hours but will discuss that with you.
I usually take payment via bank transfer or cash on completion of the work.
I have a working agreement which is signed prior to starting and explains reasons that I may take a deposit up front.
