Overview
At Profad Care Agency we provide 24-hour Live-in Care and Domiciliary Care in the comfort and security of your own home. Our services range from a 24-hour Care agency program, Home help for the elderly to Care that can start from just 30 minutes per visit. In addition to this, we provide Day and Night Sitting Services and Respite Care. Our Live-in Care Service is provided throughout London from our Head Office in Peckham which is based in the South East of London. Our Hourly visits are provided in Southwark and surrounding areas.
Person-Centered Care & Support
Profad Care Agency believes that palliative and end of life care should be person centred and the needs and wishes of the individual should be recognised and acted upon. We will initiate discussions as early as possible to establish the needs and wishes of the Individual such as where and how they would like to die and any culturally appropriate methods which may be required.
Open Communication
At Profad Care Agency we ensure we communicate effectively and with transparency with the individual, families and friends as well as any other advocates involved in the individual's care and support. We provide support for carers and families during this difficult time including during the illness of their loved ones and after their death.
Working in Partnership
Profad Care Agency believes the best service for end of life care is delivered through a holistic approach. We believe this is achieved through working in partnership with the individual, the carer/s, Family as well as other healthcare professionals and voluntary and community sector groups, to ensure service quality promotes independence, choice and promotes social interaction.
