Pretty Windows Day Nursery

Overview

We are a 75-place private day nursery situated in the heart of Nottingham City Centre, close to public transport links for all of the surrounding areas within Nottinghamshire.
We have five individual age- and development-appropriate rooms, including a dedicated room for babies and a room for children who are leaving for school in the next year. We accept children from the age of 6wks to 5yrs, and also offer a school holiday club, before-school club and after-school club for older children up to the age of 11.
All meals, drinks and snacks, along with nappies, wipes and formula for babies, are included in our prices.
We are a very diverse nursery; we have lots of families who are dual language and have different cultural backgrounds. We support families who have outside agencies involved, offering the nursery as the main meeting point which gives the families a secure base.
We are specialists in SEN and have successfully obtained EHCPs for children in our care, prior to them leaving for school.
Our meals and snacks are all freshly prepared daily on our premises, with lots of alternatives according to dietary requirements. We have a great outdoor all-weather play area and garden, and our children have regular football and yoga sessions.

Local Offer

The Local Authority and Nottingham City Day Nurseries and Playgroups have worked together to develop Nottingham City Schools Provision Maps. These maps provide a framework for Early Years provision in Nottingham and show interventions that it is reasonable for settings to provide to pupils identified with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Our setting makes provision for pupils with SEND in line with this framework. The detail of the provision will vary depending on the needs of the children that attend.
The provision maps may be found at the link below.
For further details about the setting's provision please contact the setting directly asking for their SENCO.
