Monday - Thursday; 8.30am - 8.30pm
Pilates for rehabilitation and injury prevention: 16 small Physiotherapy-led classes each week; 1:1 sessions.
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy - for backs, necks, hips, knees, shoulders; treating muscles, joints, bones and nerves - using hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, education and advice
Neurological Physiotherapy - for strokes, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Head Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Motor Neurone Disease - using hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, education and advice
Elderly Rehabilitation - for falls, balance, walking and confidence - using hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, education and advice (home visits may be available)
Work experience: Age 16 plus with a desire to study Physiotherapy or related healthcare degree course.

Referral
Self referral for Physiotherapy, Pilates and Pilates classes.
Work experience can be via your school or college, or arranged independently outside of school hours (*this is very popular so will depend on availability)
We only accept insurance clients if you can pay us directly and claim costs back from your insurance company.
We do work with case managers for medicolegal injuries, including head injury and spinal cord injury - please ask your case manager to contact us in the first instance (fees differ from self-funding fees)
