Overview
Please see below the details of training opportunities for personalised care relevant for the care home setting. This is FREE online learning and is part of a national target aligned to EHCH. This training includes two sessions which cover overarching information around personalised care (1 hour) as well as specific training around personalised care and support planning (45 mins). The training generates CPD points and a learning certificate.
To ensure the training is logged centrally you will need to tick that you work in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CCG - this does not need to be your employer. (Your learning options (personalisedcareinstitute.org.uk).
