Taking Care's personal alarms provide the elderly and vulnerable with the support they may require to live independently in their own homes. Telecare support is available at the press of a button on the pendant alarm or wristband, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The response centre will evaluate the situation and provide advice, contacting a key holder or the emergency services should it be required.
Taking Care have provided telecare support for over 30 years and are audited by the Telecare Services Association (TSA). With 98% of alarm calls answered within 60 seconds, you can be sure of quality support when you or your loved ones need it.
