we aim to provide all children with a broad and balanced curriculum, having regard to their individual needs and making relevant provision to support their learning, which impacts and inspires life-long learning.
we aim to develop a partnership with Parents/Carers, keeping them informed about their child's learning and development.
We also believe that Parents/Carers have the most influence in a child's life. We view Parents/Carers as our partners in the education of their children.
Papplewick Pre-School has adopted the philosophy that early childhood development and education should be a time of fun, warmth, security, exploration and discovery.
Pre-School children are creative and receptive.
Our goal is to nurture and encourage these qualities in children.

Inclusion
Dietary needs
The snack menu that we provide consists of healthy foods. We cater for children have food allergies and all staff have completed food hygiene training.
Special needs (children)
When required we liaise with outside agencies and Inclusion Support Service. All activities are adapted to meet the needs of all children. We have experience of working with children with complex needs and with other agencies such as: speech/language, Schools & Families service..etc. We have a dedicated SENCO and SENCO assistant, who work closely together to ensure all children's needs are being met.
