The Oral Health Improvement Team is proud to be commissioned by Nottingham City Council to deliver, promote and support oral health improvement programmes and education services within Nottingham.
The team co-ordinate, facilitate and support a range of evidence-based interventions to reduce oral health inequalities and promote better oral health within our communities.
The service creates tooth-friendly environments through training and local accreditation programmes.
Our team works with early year's settings, schools, children and adults with special needs and /or living in care settings, the team also work with other groups within the community.

Times and availability

We are running our completely free online Oral Health Care Training for those who work with Children, Vulnerable adults or older people. Please join us to learn about the key oral health messages so you can pass this information onto the people and families you work with. We run this training at various dates throughout the year so please let us know if you would like to be sent dates for future training dates in 2024.
