Every other Thursday, 10am - 12pm

Antenatal and postnatal peer support group
Every 2 weeks 10am-12pm (Not running during school holidays)
A safe and non-judgemental space for mothers experiencing mental health / emotional difficulties.
The group is a friendly, welcoming and supportive with an ethos of being non-judgmental and a safe place for mums to discuss how they are truly feeling.

No Booking required, just turn up
Children are welcome, we have toys for them to play with
Refreshments are provided

Common Symptoms

Feeling sad, low mood or tearful much of the time
Feeling agitated or irritable towards partner, baby or other other children
Loss of interest in the world around you
Lack of energy
Trouble sleeping
Lack of concentration
Loss of appetite or over eating
Negative thoughts such as feeling you are not a good enough mum, can't look after your baby, your baby doesn't love you
Feeling guilt, shame, hopelessness
Feeling anxious that something bad may happen to your baby
Not bonding with your baby
