Access Mediation Services' Online Family Mediation Service can help married or unmarried couples, grandparents or other family members, to solve family disputes and issues.
Family Mediation can help with the following:
Divorce and separation Parenting and Child ArrangementsFinances Effective CommunicationPropertyEverybody who attends Family Mediation has to attend a MIAM which is a Mediation Information Assessment Meeting. In this meeting the family mediator will explore with you: whether mediation is the appropriate process for you, they will give you information about mediation, whether you would be eligible for legal aid and/or the costs. Once it has been agreed that Family Mediation is the appropriate process you would then continue into mediation sessions. Family Mediation is a process that is completely voluntary.
