Nottinghamshire Orienteering Club

Overview

Usually at weekends.

Orienteering exercises the brain as well as the body. Use a map and compass to visit checkpoints in parks, woods and complex urban areas. Training provided. Regular participants are aged between 6 and 90 years of age so the sport is suitable for all ages and abilities. Courses available throughout Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands.
