Counselling and therapy gives you the opportunity to talk about issues affecting your life in a safe and confidential environment. It can help you explore your thoughts and feelings in order to change behaviours and achieve your goals.

Times and availability
Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes and are available in our Mansfield and Worksop centres, we also deliver them remotely via phone and digital platforms for those not able to get to the centres.

Costs
Our Counselling service is a paid for service.
£25.00 for the Counselling Assessment
£15.00 per Counselling session for those on means tested benefits
£30.00 per Counselling session
A reduced rate is available for those on means-tested benefits, but please note that we will ask for evidence of this to confirm eligibility before you begin your counselling with us.
Please note that these charges apply for ALL our Counselling and Therapy Services.
