Overview

Nottinghamshire Archives has two meetings rooms available for organisations and societies to hire.

Boardroom: both rooms can hold up to 16 people. This is suitable for meetings.

Cabaret: both rooms can hold up to 16 people. Suitable for presentations, lectures and social events.

Classroom: both rooms can hold up to 16 people. Suitable for presentations, lectures and formal learning activities.

Theatre: both rooms can hold up to 32 people. Suitable for presentations and lectures.

U-shape: both rooms can hold up to 14 people. Suitable for meetings.

The following equipment is available:

laptop
flipchart
portable lights
PA system
wall mounted speakers (one meeting room only)
Wi-Fi
crockery and cutlery
one room has an urn and the other room has a hot water boiler
