Nottingham Women’s Centre has been supporting women in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire for over 50 years. We are a community space based in Nottingham City Centre, led by-and-for women, and we bring women and women’s organisations together to find support and friendship.
Our services include:
• A welcoming warm space where women can cook, have a hot drink, use the shower, relax, visit our library and make friends.
• Mental health support including counselling and therapeutic groups
• Casework support around issues such as accommodation, education & training, finance, benefit & debt, relationships
• Volunteering opportunities with full support and training
• Courses, activities and community events
• Campaigning to amplify women’s voices
