Our expert trainer will be on hand to guide you through every step of the way, helping you to set achievable goals and providing tailored advice and support throughout the programme. And with our walking football sessions, you'll be able to enjoy all the benefits of exercise while having fun and socializing with like-minded individuals.
Sessions will take place on Thursday evenings between 5pm-7pm at The Forest Sports Zone.
