Service opening hours:
Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (excluding bank holidays)
You can submit online referrals at any time although they will only be processed by the NHCP team during the above hours.
The services listed here are for patients registered with a City GP. The exceptions are The Community Neurology Service and Community Nutrition and Dietetics Services who see patients with a diagnosis of Huntington's disease who are registered with GPs in the following CCGs Nottingham City, Nottingham North and East, Nottingham West and Rushcliffe.
